OUR GARDEN

Our kitchen garden led by gardener Cate Della Bosca provides us with the beginnings of our seasonal set menus.
Cleared and rebuilt in 2023, the garden plot located at the Abbotsford Convent provides our kitchen with both produce and also the guidance for our menus.

Our chefs have conversations about produce quality, availability, yield, usage, flavour, compatibility and combination.
​
We are using our produce in each dish across the Chef's menu, with goals of growing enough to support a full menu. One day!!
Dining at Julie is absolutely guided by our garden and its location.
